Each one-page devotional contains a passage from the God's Girl Bible and a reading that connects how those verses relate to the teen's life and becoming a woman of God. Like the bible, the devotional book begins in Genesis and ends in Revelation. The scripture verses are not the same text as the NIV or NKJV bible, so if your teen is learning verses from her school or church there will be a difference in the words. The book is artistic in design, with a creative color style and mixed type fonts. This is a hard cover devotional uniquely designed with a teenager in mind. I imagine that mother's and daughters would enjoy reading these devotions daily together. Or, perhaps they could be used in a weekly youth group meeting.
Researching Hayley DiMarco and her other books, I found insight into her heart to encourage and disciple young girls.
