This book was terrible to be completely frank. The text is so difficult to understand and learn from, it really won't help you learn anything unless you're a college student, which isn't even the audience this book is aiming for. It takes so much energy and determination to finish only a page or so that it really isn't worth the time. The book mentioned many things which don't even seem to be on the test, which is a waste of time to learn about. I absolutely recommend the Barron's book instead, it is easier to understand and still covers the information very well. Don't rely on buying this book, don't spend your hard-earned money on it. Your score will be so much better if you use the Barron's book. Unless you are an amazing reader who has all the time in the world to spend on learning unnecessary Biology, then don't bother with this product.

I am a student who hasn't taken ap bio but regular biology so of course I was worried and stressed about this test. But if you're the same situation I recommend you take this book and review for at least 3 months prior to testing day. It contains so much detail (perhaps too much) yet having it really helped me. The quizzes at the end of each chapter are heaven. I even finished the subject test 10 minutes early because it was such a breeze. I prefer this over Barron's because I feel that Barron's goes over the top with difficulty.
You MUST have discipline to get through this book and earn a 650+ I did it so can you :D
