Both of my children have digestive disorders which require them to follow a low FODMAP diet. I was so excited when I opened this cookbook and found one recipe after the other that would work for my sensitive kids. Patsy gives a wonderful overview of the FODMAP elimination diet, she gives helpful label reading tips, and provides a week of menus. It really is a great cookbook. I highly recommend it.
