I get a lot of Paleo books, and this is one of the really great ones.
I prepare a bunch of these on Monday, and then I have healthy, yummy, easy snacks all week so I don't succumb to unhealthy (but let's admit, delicious) packaged food or fast food.

In his cookbook Paleo Snacks: A Paleo Snack Cookbook Full of Healthy Paleo Snack Foods, author John Chatham continues his series of acclaimed cookbooks that are both informative and chock-full of healthy recipes. As the title suggests, this one is geared towards preparing a wide variety of different snack foods that are both tasty and good for you.
In the first section of the book, Chatham presents six chapters worth of delicious snack recipes covering everything from sweet snacks to smoothies, low-calorie options, savory protein snacks for all the meat-lovers out there, and even a whole chapter on kid-friendly snacks that are perfect for school lunches or just hanging around the house.
Chatham then goes on to explain the basics of what the "Paleo" diet is and how it can benefit snack-eaters of all ages. As always, Chatham's writing is presented in an informative and clear manner that makes the recipes he presents as fun to read about as they are to make!
