Although this was advertised as including "CourseMate and Transitions 2.0 Printed Access Card", and the book arrived with a sealed CourseMate card w/ an access code, when I tried entering the access code at the CengageBrain website, it said "The code you entered has already been used. Please enter another code." And, inside the sealed CourseMate Card is a printed "important notice" saying that access is available with the purchase of a NEW book and if you bought a used textbook the code may have already been used & so you can't access the resources. It would have been nice to know that BEFORE purchasing a used book...especially since it is advertised as including the access card. Isn't that false advertising??!! Or do they mean " Oh you GET the card. We never said you could actually USE it." Now I have to spend extra $ to try purchase a code separately. Beware. You will need the code for your class so buy the book new. If it's a used book it probably won't have the code, even if it says it does.

The book is good, Brand new and came right away once i ordered it. It is a lot cheaper too
