The authors should be ashamed to write and publish such a terrible text book. It is slow reading due to
an over-reliance of formulas and under-reliance on explanations. You know the book is bad
when you can't get the same answers on the test questions provided. Few real-world examples. The best
polite word I can use for this book is turgid.
Quantitative Methods/Probability and Statistics should be fun and interesting. This book manages
to take all the fun and interest out of this subject. I took 4 years of Statistical Analysis as
an undergrad and got A+ grades. I can't figure out what the hell this book is saying and the subject
matter hasn't changed much at all.
Plus the use of Microsoft Excel is an additional burden. Excel is a horribly designed product. It was never
designed to do advanced probability and statistics. Trying to develop advanced and complex formulas in it is harder than it should be.
This book is a complete waste of time and money. In the class I'm taking, it's clear the professor didn't read the book before assigning it. That's a subject for another time.

Great! The product was totally what I was expecting to get and I paid less than what I would have paid at the bookstore.
