Most books for the consumer fail when providing too much detail or, in the case of a product, so many technofeatures that only an engineer could appreciate them. This book strikes the balance between sufficient comprehensiveness to be a consumer's bible on estate planning without so much detail as to be overwhelming. And importantly, the author is truly as a consumer advocate--to minimize the need for you to use an attorney while recognizing at times, that is what is required.
