Sycamore Row compare? Find out what experts have to say about this sequel to
A Time to Kill before making your reading decision.
Three years after his victory in the Carl Lee Hailey case, Jake Brigance believes his glory days as a trial lawyer are gone. Jake's commitment to his profession is revived when he is called on to defend Seth Hubbard’s seemingly incredible decision to disinherit his family and name his black housekeeper as his beneficiary. Why?
In
Sycamore Row, Jake searches for an answer as he returns to the courtroom arena in a legal battle against larger, well-financed law firms. As Jake pursues justice at all costs, the prejudices, racial tensions, and southern social structures of 1950s Mississippi are once again explored under John Grisham's pen.

When I buy a literary analysis, I want one that tells me straight out about the book. This one does just that, breaking down the Good and the Bad. I love that it's honest, with a tad of wit. I love the explanation of the friendship between Jake and Harry! Totally made reading the actual book that much better.

I thought I was ordering the book. the shipping to send it back wasn't practical. I really feel I should get the book. I feel I was mislead.
