At the beginning of spring semester (Jan 2013), I decided I would rent a textbook from apex_media through amazon... At the time, I thought it was a great idea. When I returned the book after it BARELY being used throughout the semester, I figured the return would go well like all textbook rentals often do. WRONG. A few days after I returned it, I got an email saying that the rental was "rejected due to textbook damage." What was the damage you ask? Binding damage. I don't even know what that could even mean, since I probably used that book 3 times the entire semester. Now they are charging me $189 which is a higher price than what a brand new textbook costs!! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND APEX_MEDIA TO ANYONE!!! What I really want to know is how amazon has not dealt with this issue!!!!!!!!!!!

My girlfriend got this book and she really likes the exercises/problems. Great for marketing majors / graduates. The book looks sturdy enough and there hasn't been any quality issues.
