I just passed the NCLEX last week with 75 questions. Instead of taking a review class I bought 4 different Q &A review books and did many of the questions in them. Saunders was by far the best book of those I chose. It had the most complete explanations as to why an answer was correct or not. If you only buy one Q &A review book, this is definitely the one to get. Lippincott was not bad either. I was just barely a B student in nursing school....so If I can do it, anyone can! Good luck!

Great book! Used this to pass HESI and NCLEX the first time. All my friends who didnt pass the first time used this book the next time and passed. The more questions answered = a higher score. It is important to review all rationales to each question.
